Vestah W. Blye Scholarship
The Morgan State University Alumni Association, Washington, DC Metropolitan Area Chapter awards scholarships to eligible undergraduate students attending Morgan State University (Morgan).Scholarships are awarded on a non-discriminatory basis. The award is named in honor of Vestah W. Blye who graduated from Morgan in 1939. The scholarship honors her outstanding commitment, service and dedication to the promotion of the ideals of the DC Chapter and countless volunteer hours in the promotion of the educational mission of the University.
